Open on public holidays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Closed on Hari Raya Aidilfitri day 1.

- Before 12:00 noon, or 4:00 – 6:00 pm (an afternoon pick-up is charged half a night)

How booking works

- 3Hold it with a depositPay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer. 50% for peak dates, none for normal weeks.
What to bring
- Vaccination card (or a photo from your vet app)
- Food, portioned and labelled per meal
- Any medication, in its original container
- A blanket or toy that smells like home
