A private room for two or three cats from the same household, with a shared tree, two litter boxes and plenty of room to nap apart.

Solid walls to the ceiling and a glass-panelled door mean no nose-to-nose barking. Each room has its own bed, a floor that’s mopped twice a day and three outings to the play yard.

    An estimate, not a final bill. Rates are per night, in RM. Peak dates need a 50% deposit to hold the room.

    Peak periods, and why they cost a bit more

    On these dates, nearly every Klang Valley family travels and our rooms fill 6–8 weeks ahead. Nights inside them carry a 20% surcharge on the room rate, so we can keep extra carers on shift.

    A day with us

    What a stay looks like, hour by hour.

    Pets love routine, so we keep theirs as close to home as we can. Here is a typical day for a guest.

    Peak season? Peak dates fill 6–8 weeks ahead and need a 50% deposit to hold the room.Check your dates

    1. 7:30 am

      Wake-up health check

      Eating, drinking, litter box or toilet break, energy and mood. Anything unusual is written down and flagged.

    2. 8:00 am

      Breakfast

      The food you brought, measured the way you wrote it on the care card.

    3. 9:00 am

      Your morning update

      A photo and a short message on WhatsApp, so you know how the night went.

    4. 10:00 am

      Room refresh and play

      Litter scooped, floors mopped, fresh water. Cats get wand-toy time and a sunny perch. Dogs go out to the play yard, alone or in a friend group, depending on temperament.

    5. 12:30 pm

      Lunch and quiet time

      Lights down, aircond on, a nap. This is when most guests are happiest.

    6. 3:00 pm

      Cuddles, walks and medication

      One-to-one time with a carer. Daily medication and supplements are given now.

    7. 5:30 pm

      Dinner

      Same food, same portion, same bowl as at home. Bowls are washed after every meal.

    8. 6:30 pm

      Evening update and video calls

      A second photo, plus any video calls you booked.

    9. 9:00 pm

      Lights down, night rounds

      A carer lives on site. Rooms are checked at 11 pm and 5 am, and the night-vision cameras keep watching in between.
